Education runs through human society like blood running through a living human person. A vigorous and forceful flow of blood ensures the health of a person. Similarly, the health of a society depends on the strength and dynamic flow of education. If the circulation is vigorous and healthy the society will also be strong and healthy. Since education in Pakistan has been a legacy of the British system it will always retain elements of our colonial experience. Our system of education is still passing through a developmental period and to become a truly Pakistani system it must create its own identity reflecting Pakistani life and culture, purposes and aspiration.
